Meet the Friendliest Pediatric Dental Team in Southern Maryland!
An integral part of We Make Kids Smile for 21 years, our office manager, Mary Ellen, monitors all aspects of the practice with the emphasis placed on customer service. Says Mary Ellen, “I find it a true privilege and pleasure to watch our patients grow throughout the years.”
Mary Ellen has been married for 37 years to her husband and best friend. They have two grown children who now bring the four grandchildren to We Make Kids Smile for their dental needs. Mary Ellen is proud to say her grandkids are all “cavity free.”
Front Office Manager, Insurance Coordinator
Ann has been with We Make Kids Smile for 11 years. Beginning her career as a dental assistant, she moved to the front office where she is now manager and hospital coordinator. Ann says, “I am the mother of 4 and have 2 grandchildren. I enjoy working with our patients and families here.”

Amy has been with WMKS for over eight years and has over 20 years of customer service experience.
Amy has two grown children and her 2 year grandson now comes to We Make Kids Smile.

Pat has been with We Make Kids Smile for 2-and-one-half years as patient coordinator, and has fifteen years experience in the dental profession. “As patient coordinator, I strive to give great customer service to our clients,” she says.

Nicole joined the We Make Kids Smile team in May of 2021, and is excited to be a part of the team! When not helping our patients, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and family.
Clinical Manager, Prince Frederick
Melissa joined the wonderful We Make Kids Smile team in 2006 and absolutely loves being a dental assistant and working with children. She enjoys educating the little patients and their parents about the importance of great dental health. She is blessed to be a proud mommy to three beautiful children.
Rebecca has been working with kids for over 5 years, and she is excited to bring her experience to We Make Kids Smile. Rebecca says, “I can’t wait to see what my future holds in the dental field!”
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys baking, relaxing at the pool and camping with her family and friends.
Michelle has been a dental assistant at We Make Kids Smile since 2007, where she enjoys working with our team and dentists. She says, “I also love getting to interact with the patients who come to our office.”
In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and kids.
Morgan has always loved working with children, and We Make Kids Smile provides her with the perfect opportunity to grow and learn a new field!
When she is not at the office, she enjoys playing with her niece and nephew, and enjoying time with her family.

Insurance and Treatment Coordinator
Eileen has worked as a dental assistant for over five years, and now works as the Insurance and Treatment Coordinator for our Prince Frederick location. She looks forward to watching our patients grow. She and her husband, Nick, have been married for over 26 years. They have a daughter in dental school and a son in high school. She loves spending time with her family.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kellie is a compassionate and committed preventive oral health care provider. With thousands of hours in clinical experience, she is proficient in pediatric, adolescent, and special needs patient care. Working with children every day brings her so much happiness knowing that she changes lives one smile at a time!
Sabrina started at We Make Kids Smile in October of 2020 after having a career as a CNA/GNA. She loves working with our families and adore children. We Make Kids Smile has opened up a whole new career for her.
Sabrina is blessed to come from a large family of eight. She knows that coffee is awesome!! And she loves helping others with a positive attitude.
Karissa graduated from La Plata High School in 2016. She went to the College of Southern Maryland where she attended Dental Assistant Training School. Karissa enjoys being a dental assistant and working with children.

I love interacting with patients and their families. I have worked in customer service for more than 15 years. I’m married with one child, who has been with WMKS since 2012. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and doing a lot of different activities.
Karlie is from Nashville, Tennessee and has been working at We Make Kids Smile since April of 2021. Karlie loves helping people and working with kids. In her free time she likes to cook and spend time with her friends and family.
Shada has been a dental assistant at We Make Kids Smile for two years. She enjoys working with our patients and making sure they leave the office with a bright smile. In her free time she enjoys cooking, swimming, and game nights with friends.
Kayla recently joined the team and is absolutely thrilled to be working with everyone at We Make Kids Smile. She feels blessed to have this opportunity.
In her free time, Kayla loves to spend time with her family and to take nature walks.
Savanna graduated from University of Maryland School ofDentistry with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She has worked in pediatric dentistry for many years and loves being able to teach kids and teens how to take better care of their teeth! She is excited to be a part of the We Make Kids Smile Team!
She currently lives in Southern Maryland with her husband Troy. She enjoys spending time with her family & friends, boating, and playing with her dog Luna!
Cathy started at We Make Kids Smile in January of 2022. She completed her dental assistant training at the College of Southern Maryland.
In her free time, Cathy enjoys doing family activities with her husband and two kids.
Veronica has been working in the dental field for 10+ years. She has a bachelors in biology and a degree in dental hygiene. She enjoys educating patients about the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene. She understands that the dental office can be a scary environment for children and is very patient and understanding.
